As CEO, Jeremy is responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of the organization. Jeremy continues to analyze the competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, client opportunities, shifting market dynamics, and new industry trends and standards, as well as evaluating possible acquisitions to accelerate growth. He retains the overall responsibility of leading and directing the executive team and overseeing the complete operation of CherryRoad in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
As President and Chief Operating Officer of CherryRoad, Steve is responsible for the day to day operations of the organization. All CherryRoad business units including: Managed Services; Cloud Services; strategic staffing solutions; and PeopleSoft Services as well as Corporate Staff report to Steve.
Steve joined CherryRoad in 1998 and since that time has held several key positions. In his earlier role as business development director, he guided sales staff through the sales process by identifying the underlying needs of CherryRoad’s clients and proposing and developing solutions that addressed their business issues. Prior to that position, Steve was a practice director at CherryRoad, responsible for the successful delivery of multiple large-scale implementations and client relationships. In his present role as President and COO, Steve is responsible for the overall operations strategy and policies, ensuring alignment to the strategies and goals, as well as project profitability and success.
As Executive Vice President, Tom is responsible for sales and business development across the organization. Tom has over 20 years’ experience working with organizations in defining, implementing, and managing enterprise software applications and uses this knowledge to guide our clients to success from our very first meeting with them. He is a graduate of DePauw University where he studied Mathematics and Computer Science.
Tom states “Ensuring we understand the needs of our clients and provide them solutions that deliver the outcomes they require, is what matters most. A customer first attitude is merely a cliché unless it inspires everything we do as a service organization. At CherryRoad, we are convinced that our success is 100% intertwined with the success of our clients.
As Senior Vice President of CherryRoad, Chuck Deskins oversees the corporate direction and strategy for the company’s Strategic Solutions line of business, including sales, support, consulting, and alliances. He focuses on strategy, leadership, innovation, and operating performance.
Chuck is a proven leader of public and private companies, experienced in global operations, M&A integration, and building high powered teams that deliver results. Prior to joining CherryRoad, Chuck led three different organizations to sustained record performance, increased valuation, and the subsequent acquisition and change of control for each business. A keen sales and marketing executive, Chuck is an accomplished presenter and frequent guest lecturer at industry events and local universities.
He is a graduate of Cleveland State University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management & Labor Relations.
Nick Visco is the Chief Financial Officer of CherryRoad. In his role, he leads the company’s Finance, Human Resources, and Treasury organizations, and has overall responsibility for financial and management reporting, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and compliance related matters, and banking relationships.
Prior to joining CherryRoad, Nick served as Chief Financial Officer at several orgnanization, including both publicly and privately held businesses in the IT Services space. He is a CPA and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Accounting from Rutgers University in 1982.
Nick is committed to ensuring his teams are fully engaged, and can act in partnership with the business, proactively assisting other CherryRoad leaders to maximize their effectiveness.
As CherryRoad’s Vice President – General Counsel, Lisa Cornacchia is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to the company on a wide range of legal matters, with the primary goal of ensuring that the company is operating legally at all times. Lisa joined CherryRoad Technologies in 2009 and has negotiated many software implementation and other various contracts with numerous public and private entities on behalf of the company.
Greg joined CherryRoad in 1996 as a PeopleSoft consultant, and since that time, has held a number of positions within the consulting delivery organization including Practice Manager, Practice Director, and Managing Director. With a strong focus on public sector projects, Greg has served in an Engagement Management role for some of CherryRoad’s most complex PeopleSoft Finance and HCM Implementations including four State implementations. He has a proven track record of partnering with clients to successfully deliver solutions that enhance both their operational efficiency and effectiveness. He is adept at managing multi-faceted ERP implementation projects and excels at understanding the impacts that the various components of a client’s enterprise landscape can have on the delivery of a project. Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.
Greg states, “Partnering with CherryRoad’s largest clients to solve complex technical, business process, and organizational challenges, gives me the opportunity to leverage resources across various CherryRoad services to optimize the performance of our project teams and deliver creative, exciting, new solutions.”
As General Manager, Jim is responsible for developing and delivering solutions that meet the needs of our clients allowing them to improve how they leverage technology and align with their organizational needs. He is responsible for overall client relationship management and leading our project teams in the delivery of custom solutions to ensure our clients success. Jim also contributes to CherryRoad’s proprietary knowledge base and thought leadership by identifying and commentating on how consumer trends and marketplace shifts affect business strategy and planning.
Jim joined CherryRoad Technologies in 1998 as a consultant, and since that time has held a number of positions within the operations side of the organization including Practice Manager, Practice Director, and Director of Contracts and Risk Management. He has successfully managed multiple projects in a variety of industries and has a proven track record of partnering with our clients to successfully deliver solutions that enhance both their operational efficiency and effectiveness. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Montclair State University and is a certified PeopleSoft Consultant.
Jim states, “At CherryRoad we strive not only to meet our clients expectations, but to consistently exceed them over time. We take pride in creating long term partnerships with our clients and delivering value across multiple projects.”
As the Vice President of Operations, Mike is responsible for managing CherryRoad’s Hosting, Application Support, Upgrade Lab, and 24x7x365 Help Desk to ensure our many clients expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Mike first joined CherryRoad Technologies in 1998 as a consultant and during that time has held numerous positions including Practice Manager, Resource Director, Director of Business Development, Practice Lead, Director of Managed Services, and currently, the Vice President of Operations. With over 18 years of experience in the technology business, he has worked extensively, both globally and domestically, implementing, upgrading, and supporting ERP applications and the underlying infrastructure. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from Siena College and a Masters in Business Administration for Human Resource Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany.
Mike states, “What I enjoy most about being at CherryRoad is the people. Running a 24x7x365 shop definitely has its challenges but I am fortunate to work with some of the most talented and dedicated people you can find. Regardless of the pressure of the moment my team consistently steps up and handles the situation gracefully and effectively.”
As CherryRoad’s Director of Data Center Operations, Joe Ralph is responsible for the technology infrastructure that supports all of CherryRoad operations including our managed services hosting clients. He also leads the technical team that supports all hardware and software running in the data centers.
Joe first joined CherryRoad in 1998 as a Support Engineer for CherryRoad’s corporate IT department. Prior to his current position, he has held various roles such as Senior Network Engineer and Corporate Infrastructure Manager. Joe has been involved in the design and implementation of most every technology initiative at CherryRoad over the past 18 years and continues to help develop and implement new technology roadmaps to keep CherryRoad at the forefront of our industry.
Joe states, “Business needs should always be the driver of technological solutions. At CherryRoad, we are always striving to bring the newest technologies to our clients to assist them in bringing their organizations to the next level.”
As Director of Technology Sourcing and Solutions, Chris has almost two decades of experience in corporate applications and infrastructure management solutions. He first started with CherryRoad in 1998 where he managed PeopleSoft HCM and Financials implementation for six years and re-joined CherryRoad in 2014 after being in the Financials market for 10 years where he held Senior Information Technology management roles.
In 18 years, Chris has led hundreds of implementations and programs for a broad range of business functions which include Supply Chain, Communications, Legal, Facilities, Human Resources, Finance and Risk Management. He has overall responsibility for the Sourcing and Solutions lines of business where the focus is to develop staffing and platforms that enhance and extend the value of our customer’s cloud investments. His proven track record of successfully managing diverse corporate technologies, teams and programs in both the private and public sectors will help build staffing and solution models for our clients. Chris earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
Chris states, “We focus on winning the relationships first and building trust. CherryRoad is about investing in partnerships because that’s what drives cost effective solutions and resources for our customers.”
As Managing Director, Glenn is an IT thought leader with over 25 years’ of experience. Most recently, Glenn has spent his time leveraging his operational, delivery and business development skills in launching the Managed Services group at CherryRoad. This effort has helped poise CherryRoad to launch numerous cloud, hosting and managed application services. These services now act as the foundation to the CherryRoad services catalog. His ability to adapt and understand industry trends has positioned the managed services group for future growth. He excels at understanding the impacts of the various components of a client’s enterprise landscape and leverages this broad business expertise in combination with his technical experience to continually advance CherryRoad’s distinction as a leader in Enterprise System Technology.
Glenn first joined CherryRoad Technologies in 1999 as a consultant, and since that time, has held a number of positions within the operations side of the organization including Practice Manager, Practice Director and Managing Director. Glenn earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Human Resources and is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also certified PeopleSoft technical consultant.
