They combine many years of relevant experience—including developing applications to streamline back-office processes and serving public sector clients on complex engagements to the highest of standards. They are also effective at leading and developing employees as well as enabling an infrastructure and culture that supports best practices and team engagement.

With a firm belief that customer satisfaction should be the cornerstone of the company’s business philosophy, Mike Gulban created CherryRoad Technologies, as DataStudy, in 1983. As part of a strategic vision that continues to drive our growth, Mike saw an opportunity to provide a valuable service to businesses facing the challenges and opportunities of an increasingly technology-driven marketplace, and his commitment to customer service is still evident in every aspect of CherryRoadTechnologies’ operations. Since its inception, Mike has overseen CherryRoadTechnologies’ growth from an office with three people to a company with nearly 200 people and $100 million in revenues. After receiving degrees from both Rutgers and Fairleigh Dickinson Universities, he climbed the corporate ladder at some of the area’s most respected firms. With this experience as a jumping off point, he founded the firm that would set new standards for business and technical consulting.

As CEO, Jeremy is responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of the organization. Jeremy continues to analyze the competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, client opportunities, shifting market dynamics, and new industry trends and standards, as well as evaluating possible acquisitions to accelerate growth. He retains the overall responsibility of leading and directing the executive team and overseeing the complete operation of CherryRoad in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.

As President and Chief Operating Officer of CherryRoad, Steve is responsible for the day to day operations of the organization. All CherryRoad business units including: Managed Services; Cloud Services; Staff Augmentation; and PeopleSoft Services as well as Corporate Staff report to Steve.

Steve joined CherryRoad in 1998 and since that time has held several key positions. In his earlier role as business development director, he guided sales staff through the sales process by identifying the underlying needs ofCherryRoad’s clients and proposing and developing solutions that addressed their business issues. Prior to that position, Steve was a practice director at CherryRoad, responsible for the successful delivery of multiple large-scale implementations and client relationships. In his present role as President and COO, Steve is responsible for the overall operations strategy and policies, ensuring alignment to the strategies and goals, as well as project profitability and success.

As Executive Vice President of Client Services, Larry is be responsible for designing and implementing strategies for long-term growth, improving profitability, and exceeding client expectations including developing new revenue streams, support services, and customer success management. He is responsible for the executive relationships and strategic direction of our partner and software channels and alliances including the NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions Master Agreement.

Larry has an international MBA from HEC School of Management in France and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University. Larry states, “I am proud to help CherryRoad serve our end clients, working in partnership to provide award-winning consulting services that bring true value and innovation to the market.”

As Executive Vice President of Sales, Tom is responsible for sales and business development across the organization.  Tom has over 20 years’ experience working with organizations in defining, implementing and managing enterprise software applications and uses this knowledge to guide our clients to success from our very first meeting with them.  He is a graduate of DePaw Univeristy where he studied Mathematics and Computer Science.

Tom states “Ensuring we understand the needs of our clients and providing them solutions that deliver the outcomes they require is what matters most.  A customer first attitude is merely a cliché unless it inspires everything we do as a service organization.  At CherryRoad we are convinced that our success is 100% intertwined with the success of our clients.”

As Vice President – Finance, Lisa Druckman is responsible for CherryRoad’s financial operations; including cash management, budgeting, internal controls, financial and management reporting as well as ensuring the company accounting procedures and reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles. In addition, she is responsible for managing all financial and security audits the company partakes as well as the Corporate Information Technology and Employee Services departments.

Lisa first joined CherryRoad Technologies in 1993 as a PeopleSoft Financial consultant. Soon afterwards she was appointed Director of Internal/External Training where she was responsible for developing and executing the training program, creation of all training material, managing the training team and ensuring that all training requirements were met. Subsequently, Lisa became the Director of Corporate Software Applications for nine years during which she was responsible for implementing CherryRoad’s current financial software, forming the monthly closing process, and documenting the policies and procedures for accounting and then Director of Managed Services where she oversaw security audits, the managing of Service Level agreements, forecasting, and project margin reporting.

As CherryRoad’s Vice President – General Counsel, Lisa Cornacchia is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to the company on a wide range of legal matters, with the primary goal of ensuring that the company is operating legally at all times. Lisa joined CherryRoad Technologies in 2009 and has negotiated many software implementation and other various contracts with numerous public and private entities on behalf of the company.

Greg joined CherryRoad in 1996 as a PeopleSoft consultant, and since that time, has held a number of positions within the consulting delivery organization including Practice Manager, Practice Director, and Managing Director. With a strong focus on public sector projects, Greg has served in an Engagement Management role for some of CherryRoad’s most complex PeopleSoft Finance and HCM Implementations including four State implementations. He has a proven track record of partnering with clients to successfully deliver solutions that enhance both their operational efficiency and effectiveness. He is adept at managing multi-faceted ERP implementation projects and excels at understanding the impacts that the various components of a client’s enterprise landscape can have on the delivery of a project. Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.

Greg states, “Partnering with CherryRoad’s largest clients to solve complex technical, business process, and organizational challenges, gives me the opportunity to leverage resources across various CherryRoad services to optimize the performance of our project teams and deliver creative, exciting, new solutions.”

As Vice President of Administration and Marketing, Ann Marie Gulban has been part of CherryRoad Technologies since the company’s inception in 1983. During her tenure Ann Marie has held numerous operational responsibilities that have been instrumental in contributing to CherryRoad’s dramatic growth. In her role, Ann Marie oversees the administrative functions of all departments requiring sales or back-office support in all four CherryRoad Technologies offices. In addition, she manages CherryRoad’s marketing department where she oversees the development of marketing strategies and tactics key to furthering CherryRoad’s vision for growth. Her team’s services encompass advertising, public relations, events, lead generation, and proposal support. Ann Marie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Therapy from William Patterson College in Wayne, NJ.

As Corporate Security Officer, Bruce is responsible for establishing and maintaining the corporate vision and strategy to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. Bruce leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive security program that leverages collaboration, facilities information security governance, advises corporate leadership on security direction and resource investments, and designs appropriate policies to manage information security risk. In addition, Bruce drives the information technology and security education of the workforce.

Bruce joined CherryRoad Technologies in 2000 as a consultant, and since that time has held a number of positions within the CherryRoad ranks, including Technical Consultant, Sr. Technical Consultant, Technical Manager, Practice Manager and Director of Support Services. He has been an integral part of several engagements in a variety of industries as both a consultant and a Manager and he played a key role in the development and growth of CherryRoad Managed Services. Due to his years of technical and managerial experience and his passion for information security, in 2015 Bruce was selected to be the CherryRoad Corporate Security Officer. While currently working toward his CISSP certification, Bruce is striving to continually improve the organization’s security profile for both CherryRoad and its clients.

Bruce states, “We fully expect companies to evaluate us not only by the services we provide but how well we protect their data, and therefore their business and their employees.”

As General Manager, Jim is responsible for developing and delivering solutions that meet the needs of our clients allowing them to improve how they leverage technology and align with their organizational needs. He is responsible for overall client relationship management and leading our project teams in the delivery of custom solutions to ensure our clients success. Jim also contributes to CherryRoad’s proprietary knowledge base and thought leadership by identifying and commentating on how consumer trends and marketplace shifts affect business strategy and planning.

Jim joined CherryRoad Technologies in 1998 as a consultant, and since that time has held a number of positions within the operations side of the organization including Practice Manager, Practice Director, and Director of Contracts and Risk Management. He has successfully managed multiple projects in a variety of industries and has a proven track record of partnering with our clients to successfully deliver solutions that enhance both their operational efficiency and effectiveness. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Montclair State University and is a certified PeopleSoft Consultant.

Jim states, “At CherryRoad we strive not only to meet our clients expectations, but to consistently exceed them over time. We take pride in creating long term partnerships with our clients and delivering value across multiple projects.”

Rich Reid leads CherryRoad’s Cloud Services group.  Rich has had a long career advising clients and managing the successful delivery of business applications in the cloud and on premise.  Over his career, Rich has been responsible for setting strategy, solutioning, management consulting, industry verticals, PMO, organizational change management and providing thought leadership to clients.  He brings more than 26 years of experience in business applications and technology across a wide range of specialties including EPM, BI/Analytics, ERP, HCM, PMO and IT.  Rich is excellent at managing client relationships as a trusted advisor.  Rich has also been part of company executive teams and has previously lead delivery organizations and headed Strategy & Innovation.

Rich has also played a key role in business development and marketing for the past 18 years.  Responsible for many large accounts, Rich is excellent at managing client relationships and has deep knowledge of systems integration.  He can cross technical and functional boundaries and has an innate ability to relate to client needs.  Rich is very active in blogging, messaging, go-to-market strategy, key presentations and managing channel relationships. He graduated with a BA in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.

Rich states “The Cloud is changing the way our clients run their organizations.  It is removing the burdens of the traditional application business model and empowering our clients to do more with less.  In the Public Sector, change can be a slow and painful process.  The Cloud is allowing our Public Sector clients to adopt best practices and incorporate system improvements on a slow but steady pace so they are kept current and do not fall years behind other industries.  I find great pleasure in helping these clients transform the way they do business.”

As the Director of Managed Services, Mike is responsible for managing CherryRoad’s Hosting, Application Support, Upgrade Lab, and 24x7x365 Help Desk to ensure our many clients expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Mike first joined CherryRoad Technologies in 1998 as a consultant and during that time has held numerous positions including Practice Manager, Resource Director, Director of Business Development, Practice Lead, and currently, the Director of Managed Services. With over 18 years of experience in the technology business, he has worked extensively, both globally and domestically, implementing, upgrading, and supporting ERP applications and the underlying infrastructure. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from Siena College and a Masters in Business Administration for Human Resource Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany.

Mike states, “What I enjoy most about being at CherryRoad is the people. Running a 24x7x365 shop definitely has its challenges but I am fortunate to work with some of the most talented and dedicated people you can find. Regardless of the pressure of the moment my team consistently steps up and handles the situation gracefully and effectively.”

As CherryRoad’s Director of Data Center Operations, Joe Ralph is responsible for the technology infrastructure that supports all of CherryRoad operations including our managed services hosting clients. He also leads the technical team that supports all hardware and software running in the data centers.

Joe first joined CherryRoad in 1998 as a Support Engineer for CherryRoad’s corporate IT department. Prior to his current position, he has held various roles such as Senior Network Engineer and Corporate Infrastructure Manager. Joe has been involved in the design and implementation of most every technology initiative at CherryRoad over the past 18 years and continues to help develop and implement new technology roadmaps to keep CherryRoad at the forefront of our industry.

Joe states, “Business needs should always be the driver of technological solutions. At CherryRoad, we are always striving to bring the newest technologies to our clients to assist them in bringing their organizations to the next level.”

As Director of Technology Sourcing and Solutions, Chris has almost two decades of experience in corporate applications and infrastructure management solutions. He first started with CherryRoad in 1998 where he managed PeopleSoft HCM and Financials implementation for six years and re-joined CherryRoad in 2014 after being in the Financials market for 10 years where he held Senior Information Technology management roles.

In 18 years, Chris has led hundreds of implementations and programs for a broad range of business functions which include Supply Chain, Communications, Legal, Facilities, Human Resources, Finance and Risk Management. He has overall responsibility for the Sourcing and Solutions lines of business where the focus is to develop staffing and platforms that enhance and extend the value of our customer’s cloud investments. His proven track record of successfully managing diverse corporate technologies, teams and programs in both the private and public sectors will help build staffing and solution models for our clients. Chris earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.

Chris states, “We focus on winning the relationships first and building trust. CherryRoad is about investing in partnerships because that’s what drives cost effective solutions and resources for our customers.”

As Managing Director, Glenn is an IT thought leader with over 25 years’ of experience. Most recently, Glenn has spent his time leveraging his operational, delivery and business development skills in launching the Managed Services group at CherryRoad. This effort has helped poise CherryRoad to launch numerous cloud, hosting and managed application services. These services now act as the foundation to the CherryRoad services catalog. His ability to adapt and understand industry trends has positioned the managed services group for future growth. He excels at understanding the impacts of the various components of a client’s enterprise landscape and leverages this broad business expertise in combination with his technical experience to continually advance CherryRoad’s distinction as a leader in Enterprise System Technology.

Glenn first joined CherryRoad Technologies in 1999 as a consultant, and since that time, has held a number of positions within the operations side of the organization including Practice Manager, Practice Director and Managing Director. He has successfully led multiple projects in a variety of industries and has a proven track record of partnering with our clients to successfully deliver solutions that enhance both their operational efficiency and effectiveness. Glenn earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Human Resources and is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also certified PeopleSoft technical consultant.

Glenn states, “With the industry trends changing so rapidly across how services are delivered, it’s an exciting time for me to be part of the solution that provides clients with the ability to take advantage of these new platforms.”
