The final solution will address Broomfield’s administrative and human capital management needs including human resources, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and related human resource functions.

This project will improve three levels of HR management for Broomfield:

• Operational by automating routine HR/payroll-related employee and administrative tasks
• Managerial by aggregating HR/payroll records management and reporting functionality
• Strategic to facilitate the utilization of HR/payroll information for strategic decision making purposes.
