News From CherryRoad

March 8, 2017CherryRoad Enhances Centralized Communciations and Monitoring Efforts with Intellicenter Renovation

Highlighted by a ceremonial ribbon cutting at their Morris Plains, NJ headquarters, CherryRoad recently unveiled its highly anticipated, newly renovated Intellicenter. Commonly referred to as a Network Operations Center (NOC), the Intellicenter provides a single location to help the organization’s resources better respond to the growing needs of its clients’ complex and evolving requirements. The design improvements have enhanced CherryRoad’s vast array of tools, processes, and procedures that support their clients, while allowing the company to ensure their industry leading Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and transparent.

“Whether we’re monitoring video feeds of our offices or data centers or memory usage of a server for a client, our team utilizes the visual data on our screens combined with alerts to make sure we are preventing incidents versus just responding,” stated Mike Rubilotta, CherryRoad Director of Managed Services.

The Intellicenter puts clients’ needs at the forefront while offering CherryRoad consultants a world of resources to ensure a seamless response to issues that may arise in the field. “We have resources for managed services all over the country doing this work. This gives us the capability to centralize all their efforts,” Rubilotta added. While the Intellicenter is key in unifying CherryRoad’s reach from coast-to-coast and beyond, it aptly ties together the firm’s advancement in the changing world of IT.

As the Public Sector continues to move into Private, Public, or Hybrid Cloud services, CherryRoad’s Intellicenter has the capability and flexibility to adapt those needs. “It is a physical representation of the evolution of CherryRoad. We’re not just a PeopleSoft implementation company, anymore,” Steve Lange, CherryRoad President and COO noted at the ribbon cutting. “This represents all of the other services that we provide – cloud services, hosting services, and monitoring.”
