We’ve defined our hiring process into a few key steps, outlined below:

Applying to CherryRoad

While we promote opportunities on many of the larger job boards, here on the CherryRoad Careers Site is where you’ll find the most up-to-date information about current and future opportunities. We’ve created two key sections – immediate opportunities and pipeline opportunities. If you don’t see a current role that matches your experience, be sure to take a look at our Opportunities on the Horizon. By submitting your resume to a our core opportunities, you’ll position yourself to be one of the first to be contacted when the appropriate need arises.

When you submit your resume to CherryRoad it will be reviewed by one of our experienced recruiters who will assess your skills and match them to current openings. If there’s an opportunity, you will be contacted. Rest assured, if you submit your resume, it is held in our database for future reference.

Interviewing

There are a few stages to the interview process. First, a CherryRoad recruiter will contact you to learn more about your past experience, knowledge, strengths, and capabilities. If there is an initial fit you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire. This questionnaire, along with your resume and key details will be presented to the Hiring Manager or Subject Matter Expert for consideration. If there’s continued interest in your candidacy, a second phone interview will be conducted. Since many of our teams are geographically dispersed, the interviews may be conducted solely by phone. However, when locations coincide, an in-person interview is always preferred.

When interviewing with CherryRoad, you should be prepared to discuss your project work at length, and with as much detail as possible. As a consultant, it is not just about your depth of knowledge and experience, but your ability to communicate with the client, articulate concepts in a clear and concise manner is an equally important part of the assessment.

Offer Process

You’ve made it through the interview process, you’re excited and so are we! Your knowledge, skills, and commitment are the right fit for the challenges ahead and CherryRoad wants to extend a formal offer. Your offer will include your compensation, medical, dental and work/life benefits, plus a start date. Your formal offer will be contingent upon your passing our required background checks.

Due to the highly confidential and proprietary nature of our client work, all CherryRoad employees are required to sign the Confidentiality, Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation and Work Product Agreement. This document is included with your offer letter.

Joining our Team

Congratulations and welcome to the CherryRoad Team! As part of your on-boarding process, you’ll receive your CherryRoad-issued laptop and New Hire Orientation package which is designed to help you “hit the ground running” on your first day. But it’s more than just bringing you up to speed on Day One, at CherryRoad, you immediately become part of our team, our family.
