The Organization Manager works with Delivery and Sales to determine the resources available for a project. They select the resources primarily on the basis of two things: (1) a specific skill set (like business process redesign, packaged software implementation experience, or systems integration); and (2) level of expertise and experience (like applications developer, project lead or manager, or systems integration specialist). The client may also require an interview before accepting the consultant. As we provide services to clients nationwide, our consultants are required to do overnight travel. CherryRoad reimburses the consultant for expenses incurred in conjunction with an assignment. The policy regarding expenses is included in the agreement with the client.
