With a firm belief that customer satisfaction should be the cornerstone of the company's business philosophy, Mike Gulban created CherryRoad Technologies, as DataStudy, in 1983. As part of a strategic vision that continues to drive our growth, Mike saw an opportunity to provide a valuable service to businesses facing the challenges and opportunities of an increasingly technology-driven marketplace, and his commitment to customer service is still evident in every aspect of CherryRoad Technologies' operations. Since its inception, Mike has overseen CherryRoad Technologies' growth from an office with three people to a company with nearly 400 people and $100 million in revenues. After receiving degrees from both Rutgers and Fairleigh Dickinson Universities, he climbed the corporate ladder at some of the area's most respected firms. With this experience as a jumping off point, he founded the firm that would set new standards for business and technical consulting.

As President, Jeremy Gulban is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Enterprise Solutions including Delivery and Business Development, Human Resources, Marketing, Administration and Contracts. Over the past 10 years, Jeremy has successfully navigated through critical areas of the Technologies organization. He began his career with CherryRoad as the Accounts Payable Manager. From this role he moved into the delivery organization where he was a PeopleSoft Consultant at a number of commercial clients including HFM and AIG. Following this role, he was promoted to Resource Manager and then to Managing Director for the central region practice based out of Chicago. During that time this region grew from the ground up to a $6 million operation under his direction. From the delivery organization Jeremy moved into the business development group. In 2003 he became Corporate Controller where he instituted reforms to create greater efficiency and improve information sharing between the finance and the delivery organization. His most recent rotation has been as Director of Contracts for the Technologies group where he has greatly improved the process, standardization, and quality of the contracts that we enter into. Our contracts are the heart of our business and proper structure and execution is the utmost importance to our success.

Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Drew University.

As Vice President - Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Hirsch Rogerson is responsible for CherryRoad Technologies' financial operations, including cash management, budgeting, internal controls, and financial and management reporting. She plays an important financial advisory role for the company's senior management and works closely with them on strategic planning including acquisitions. She also oversees the Information Technology department. Prior to joining CherryRoad Technologies, Ms. Hirsch Rogerson was Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Tourneau in New York, NY. Before that, she was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of National Merchants Management Corporation Co. in North Brunswick, NJ. and a Senior Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P. in Parsippany, NJ.

Ms. Hirsch Rogerson earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in occupational therapy from Boston University, both located in Boston. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ann Marie Gulban has been part of CherryRoad Technologies since the company's inception in 1983. She has held numerous operational responsibilities that have been instrumental in contributing to CherryRoad's dramatic growth over the past few years. As Vice President - Administration, Ann Marie oversees the administrative functions of all departments requiring sales or back-office support in all four CherryRoad Technologies offices. In addition, Ms. Gulban manages CherryRoad's marketing department. She oversees the development of marketing strategies and tactics key to furthering CherryRoad's vision for growth. Her team's services encompass advertising, public relations, events, lead generation, and proposal support.

Ms. Gulban earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Therapy from William Patterson College in Wayne, NJ.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Heffernan is responsible for all Human Resources and Employee Relations initiatives and Employee Benefit Plans. As a member of CherryRoad’s executive management team, she is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR and Benefit programs to assist in accomplishing the goals of the organization.

Clara first joined CherryRoad in 1993 as a consultant implementing financials. She was promoted in 1994 to Vice President of Consulting Services, where she grew the consulting organization to seven times its original size in a span of five years. Clara spent the next eight years as Vice President of Employee Services at CherryRoad.

Before rejoining CherryRoad, Clara was Vice President of Employee Services at CRGT Inc. There, she was responsible for Human Resources, Employee Benefit Plans, Compensation, Recruiting, and Corporate Communications. Clara was also tasked with building strategic HR programs to help position the company as a competitive leader in the Federal Government IT solutions market place.

Prior to joining CherryRoad, Ms. Heffernan was Assistant Vice President of Financial Applications Support at Kidder Peabody, Inc. in New York. Before that she worked for Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. in New York, providing applications support for McCormack & Dodge financial products. Ms. Heffernan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT.

As the Executive Vice President - Operations, Steve is responsible for all consulting operations on a national basis. The service offerings he manages include the implementation and upgrade of enterprise solutions, management consultant services, and hosting solutions. He oversees all consulting functions including client relationship management, partner relations, sales, staffing, and consultant development and training.

Steve joined CherryRoad in 1998 and since then has held several key positions. In his earlier role as business development director, he guided sales staff through the sales process by identifying the underlying needs of CherryRoad’s clients and proposing and developing solutions that addressed their business issues. Prior to that position, Steve was a practice director at CherryRoad, responsible for the successful delivery of multiple large-scale implementations and client relationships.

Highlights of Steve’s experience follow.

• Directed the implementation of PeopleSoft Payroll Interface in 12 European countries
for a global insurance and financial services provider.

• Managed large project teams of over 25 members on multiple projects.

• Responsible for staffing and allocation of resources, scope control, managing client
expectations, and managing projects at the executive level for multiple engagements.

• Created and maintained detailed project plans and budgets for client projects.

• Supported teams to implement payroll systems managing over 7,000 employees.

Prior to joining CherryRoad Technologies, Steve was a manager of accounting at Sony Theatres as well as a PeopleSoft project manager at Sony Retail Entertainment.

As Vice President - Client Solutions, Larry is responsible for CherryRoad Technologies' business development national operations including: client relationships, new market development and managing customer and alliance relationships. His tenure includes over twenty years of business development experience and international expertise with the last twelve years focused on consulting services, managed services, implementations and outsourcing. Mr. Hymson re-joined CherryRoad after a 10 year absence where he had senior level roles with CGI Group and eVerge Group.

Mr. Hymson has an international MBA from HEC School of Management in France and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University. He is based in the Chicago office and is responsible for all sales and business development activities across the organization.

Jim Haag joined CherryRoad Technologies in 1998 as a consultant, and since that time, has held a number of positions within the operations side of the organization including Practice Manager, Practice Director, and Director of Contracts and Risk Management. He has successfully managed multiple projects in a variety of industries and has a proven track record of partnering with our clients to successfully deliver solutions that enhance both their operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Jim is adept in managing complex ERP implementation projects and excels at understanding the impacts that the various components of a client's enterprise landscape can have on the delivery of a project. He leverages this broad business expertise in combination with his Oracle PeopleSoft Application experience to ensure the successful execution of CherryRoad’s implementation and upgrade projects - continually advancing CherryRoad’s distinction as a leader in Enterprise System Technology.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Montclair State University, and is a certified PeopleSoft Consultant.

As the Director of Support Services at CherryRoad Technologies, Bruce Ramsburg is responsible for the overall management of the CherryRoad Support Center, with a primary goal of ensuring our clients receive the best possible support services. He is also responsible for the continued growth of the Support Center by ensuring best practices are followed when developing CherryRoad's service offerings and guiding the future direction of the Support Center.

Mr. Ramsburg joined CherryRoad Technologies in 2000 as a consultant, and since that time has held a number of positions within the CherryRoad Consulting ranks, including Technical Consultant, Sr. Technical Consultant, Technical Manager and Practice Manager. He has been an integral part of several implementations in a variety of industries as both a consultant and a manager. He has a proven track record of partnering with our clients to successfully deliver solutions that enhance both their operational efficiency and effectiveness. In 2009, Mr. Ramsburg was selected to lead the CherryRoad Support Center as the Director of Support Services.

Mr. Ramsburg earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Miami in May of 2000.

Mike Rubilotta joined CherryRoad Technologies in 1998. As a Practice Lead, he is responsible for managing multiple engagements and partners with the business development group to pursue new opportunities. He has more than 12 years of experience in technology businesses and has worked extensively, both globally and domestically, implementing ERP solutions for commercial and public sector clients.

During his tenure, Mr. Rubilotta has managed several of CherryRoad’s most critical and complex projects including the implementations at the third largest public school system and the largest transportation system in the US, as well as a global implementation encompassing 30 countries. Highlights of Mike’s experience follow:

• Served as a program manager for a PeopleSoft HCM, CRM, and Portal implementation
for a major city’s public school system (K-12).

• Managed a project team of over 30 consultants working on three different initiatives
(HR, Financials, and EPM) with concurrent go-lives at one of the largest transportation
systems in the US.

• Managed the integration of 26 countries into an existing implementation of
PeopleSoft Human Resources, Base Benefits, and Payroll Interface for a global
company in the insurance industry with approximately 3,000 employees.

Mr. Rubilotta earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from Siena College and a Masters in Business Administration for Human Resource Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany.

As a Practice Lead at CherryRoad Technologies, Kim Sprankle has over twelve years of experience in Project Management positions including the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials and HCM for the State of Oklahoma and State of New Mexico. He has a successful track record leading complex, large-scale projects with teams of 90+ diverse resources. He has comprehensive project management experience through the entire life cycle, including requirements gathering, strategic planning, development/implementation and close out. He has demonstrated repeated success guiding highly skilled cross functional teams in the development and implementation of leading edge ERP and business solutions.

Mr. Sprankle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS and is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also an Orange Belt in Microsoft Office Project 2003.

As a Practice Lead at CherryRoad Technologies, Lorene Vickery is responsible for managing the solution assessments, delivery and quality of implementation services to our clients. Ms. Vickery joined CherryRoad Technologies in 2009 as a Practice Director through our acquisition of Towers Perrin’s PeopleSoft HCM Enterprise Practice. At Towers Ms. Vickery served as Central Regional Director of the HCM Enterprise Practice for seven years and prior to joining Towers held the position of Vice President, Enterprise Solutions at Cambridge Technology Partners. She has successfully managed multiple projects in a variety of industries and has a proven track record of partnering with our clients to successfully deliver solutions that enhance both their operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Ms. Vickery earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University. With emphasis on innovative technology and talent management, she has shared her industry knowledge and viewpoints as a guest speaker at numerous national conferences, including Oracle OpenWolrd, Oracle Higher Education User Group, and Towers Perrin’s HR Forum.
