Vice President, Employee Services
Ms. Heffernan has been with CherryRoad Technologies since August of 1993. As Vice President of Employee Services she is responsible for growing and developing the department to meet the evolving needs of our expanding organization. Ultimately responsible for all corporate communications, Ms. Heffernan recently initiated the creation of a department that is dedicated to fostering and promoting stronger and clearer communications within the company.
Ms. Heffernan's first position with the company was as a Consultant implementing financial software packages. Promoted to Project Manager during her first year, Ms. Heffernan managed our first PeopleSoft Financials implementation. In that role, she was responsible for leading all phases of that project, including planning, fit/gap analysis, design, development, testing and production roll-out.
By September 1994, Ms. Heffernan had been promoted from Project Manager to Vice President of Consulting Services and an officer of the company. In this capacity, she was responsible for the overall management of all East Coast consulting operations, including the review of client proposals, project staffing, and engagement management, as well as the recruiting and training of consultants. During her five years in this capacity, she grew the East Coast consulting organization from 23 to 160, which necessitated the development and roll-out of a standardized methodology. Her success was largely due to the management structure she developed and the communication and cooperation she fostered between Operations and Sales. These initiatives allowed us to grow the consulting organization by 100% annually for the next three years.
Prior to joining CherryRoad Technologies, Ms. Heffernan was Assistant Vice President of Financial Applications Support at Kidder Peabody, Inc. in New York. Before that she worked for Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. in New York, providing applications support for McCormack & Dodge financial products.
Ms. Heffernan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT.
