Business Professionals with expertise in business strategy development, project management, business and performance measurement, visioning, process assessment, improvement and redesign, control assessment, requirements definition, customer relationship management (CRM), facilitation and customized training. Core skill sets include Financials, e-Strategy Development, Business Process Assessment and Redesign, Change Management and Software and Technology Assessments.
Implementation and/or upgrade experts in PeopleSoft Financials and Human Capital Management.
Internet and Intranet Specialists who have built systems architectures, developed front end interfaces, middle layer database connections, back end components or other specific modules within an Internet or Intranet application. These technical professionals will have expertise in Java, C++, ASP, XML, IIS, JavaScript, HTML, ColdFusion, etc. In addition, expertise in Portal, Application Server Administration and Mobile Integration are highly desired.
Technical Professionals with business applications development expertise in various languages, including PeopleTools/PeopleCode, Visual Basic C, C++ and/or Java. Prior mainframe experience with COBOL and or UNIX is a plus
Management Professionals who have successfully led project teams and managed client expectations, needs and deliverables. Resource Managers that have managed the interviewing and selection, project staffing, performance counseling and appraisal, and career development of project team personnel.
Technical Professionals with proven skills in database design, installation, sizing and performance tuning on Oracle, Sybase and SQL Server database management systems.
Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, Network Administrators and Engineers, Systems Architects, DataBase Administrstors, and PC and MAC computer specialists, Call Center Managers, and Help Desk Representatives. These technical professionals will have expertise in: UNIX, Oracle, NT, Sybase, Cisco, Firewalls, VPN, LDAP, e-knowledge management, Lotus, iPlanet.
Experience with vulnerability assessments, firewall implementation, multi-level virus protection, network architecture, security design, and network monitoring, intrusion detection, security training or system configuration. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) highly desired.
Business Development Managers, Account Executives and Marketing personnel with a successful track record of generating new business opportunities and contributing to a company’s overall revenue growth. Must have full-lifecycle sales experience and successful sales background in ERP, CRM and/or middleware preferred.
Internal staffing positions in Human Resources and/or Benefits. PHR and/or SPHR certification is highly desired. Human Resource professionals with software implementation experience may be considered as Subject Matter Experts for consulting positions.
Internal staffing positions in Corporate Recruiting. Prior experience in high volume recruiting environment and full life-cycle recruiting.
